Our

3-Step Development

Process

The initial step involves a one-on-one consultation with the player and his family. In that consultation we lay the groundwork on what a successful upcoming season would look like from the player’s perspective. Moreover, we go over short-term and long-term goals for the player while putting in place a strategic plan on how to achieve those aspirations.

Consultation

Once the player and his family are comfortable moving forward with us, we hit the ground running with a comprehensive and strategic plan. This includes using our connections, expertise and experience to find our players prestigious opportunities while educating them on the pros and cons of each situation. Furthermore, we lay out step-by-step vision for how to strategically pursue and accomplish the player’s desired goals.

Comprehensive Plan

Throughout the season and offseason, we pride ourselves on maintaining open and honest communication with our players. We strive to make consistent check-ins to ensure our players well-being while showing we genuinely care about our players. We are there for our players on the good days such as getting drafted into the WHL or receiving an NCAA scholarship, but more importantly we are also there to support them on the bad days such as getting released from a team or struggling to find common ground with a coach.

Real Advice. Real Impact.

Kelly expanded my Jr. A options and helped line up an opportunity for me. His work and connections were crucial in finding that opportunity. He then helped me find college opportunities in the NCAA and CIS Usport and was appreciated in that process.”
